These crab canapes are quick and easy to prepare. Made with english muffins, processed cheese, and crabmeat they have just 4 grams of Net carbs and 14 grams of fat each. They're a great evening snack for the Keto clan!

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup butter, softened
  2. 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  3. 1 cup processed cheese sauce
  4. 1 (6-ounce) can crabmeat
  5. 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  6. 4 English muffins, split in half

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, blend butter, cheese, garlic salt, seasoning salt, and crab meat.
  3. Split each muffin into top and bottom pieces
  4. Spread mixture on split muffins. Freeze until ready to use.
  5. To serve, thaw for 10 minutes then cut each half into 3 pie shaped slices.
  6. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 12 minutes.
