Ingredients
  1. 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1-inch cubes
  2. 1 pound andouille sausage sliced
  3. 1 pound black forest ham cubed
  4. 1 cup chopped celery
  5. 1 large onion, chopped
  6. 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
  7. 1 cup chicken broth
  8. 2 teaspoons parsley dried
  9. 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  10. 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
  11. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  12. 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
  13. 1 (28-ounce) can diced tomato with juice
  14. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions
  1. Mix chicken, sausage, ham, tomatoes with juice, onion, bell pepper, chicken broth, celery, oregano, parsley, Cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper, chili powder, and thyme in a slow cooker.
  2. Cook on Low 7 to 8 hours.
Notes
  1. If you like shrimp or crawfish in you Jambalaya add 1/2-1 lb.
