Ingredients
  1. 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  2. 2 red apples, cored &, diced
  3. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  4. 2/3 cup sliced celery
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  7. 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  8. 1/2 cup sliced seedless grape
  9. 16 ounces diced cooked chicken breasts

Instructions
  1. Season the chicken breasts lightly with salt and pepper and grill. Dice and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add the chicken, apples, grapes and celery and tom to coat. Cover and chill.
  3. Sprinkle with walnuts just before serving.
