This banana walnut bread is on the higher side of low carb but it's so darned good I wanted to share it. Keep it in the fridge for a late night or early morning snack when you feel like indulging yourself.

Ingredients
  1. 3 Medium Bananas
  2. 2 Cups Almond Flour
  3. 3 Large Eggs
  4. 1/2 Cup Walnuts
  5. 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  6. 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  7. Coconut Oil
Add ingredients to shopping list

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Grease loaf pan using coconut oil
  3. Cut up bananas
  4. Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix on high until well combined
  5. Pour mix into loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes
