Here's a great chicken cacciatore recipe modified to be Keto friendly so you can indulge yourself. Made with all the traditional ingredients minus the pasta, Net carbs is just 6 grams and 7 grams of fat per serving

Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken, cut up in pieces
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon celery powder
- 2 (6-ounce) cam tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 4 2 -4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Place onions in bottom of crackpot, add chicken pieces.
- Stir the remaining ingredients together, pour over the chicken and cook on low heat 7 to
