Just 10 minutes to prepare and toss in your slow cooker for the day. These awesome brown sugar beef short ribs will seem more like dessert than a meal. Simmered in a stew of brown sugar, onion, chili sauce, and garlic, they have 9 grams of Net carbs and 32 grams of fat.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds boneless beef short ribs
- 2 1/2 pounds boneless beef short ribs
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar Splenda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons catsup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions
- Put flour, salt and pepper in a bag. Add ribs and shake to coat.
- Melt some butter in a large skillet and brawn your ribs then place the ribs in your slow cooker.
- In same skillet, combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally then
- pour aver the ribs.
- Cover and cook on low for 9 hours.
