I tried this recipe last night. I made a double portion and was more than enough for a meal. It's a nice creamy salad that's a suitable alternative when you're craving a BLT, you won't even miss the bread!

- 1-2 cucumbers
- 1 chopped tomatoes
- 3 slices of bacon
- 1-2 tbsp. of mayonnaise
- ⅛ tsp. garlic powder
- sea salt
- black pepper

Instructions
- Spiral cut your cucumbers.
- Add in your tomato, spices and mayo and stir.
- Add crumbled bacon.
