Ingredients
  1. 2 1/2 pounds boneless beef short ribs
  2. 2 1/2 pounds boneless beef short ribs
  3. 1/3 cup almond flour
  4. 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
  5. 3/4 cup brown sugar Splenda
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  8. 1/4 cup chili sauce
  9. 2 tablespoons catsup
  10. 1/4 cup butter
  11. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  12. 1 cup chopped onion
  13. 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  14. 1 cup beef broth
  15. 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions
  1. Put flour, salt and pepper in a bag. Add ribs and shake to coat.
  2. Melt some butter in a large skillet and brawn your ribs then place the ribs in your slow cooker.
  3. In same skillet, combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally then
  4. pour aver the ribs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 9 hours.
