These healthy and delicious frosted pumpkin bars are especially good when chilled in the refrigerator before serving. It's a low carb and keto diet friendly treat.

- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 1 Cup Splenda
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- Teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 3 Eggs
- 1 (15-Ounce) Can Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 8 Ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Splenda
- 1/4 Teaspoon Grated Lemon Rind

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the first flour, splenda, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and cloves. Next, add the eggs, pumpkin, oil and water; mix well.
- Spray a 11"x7"x2" baking pan with cooking spray. Bake in pan at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean, remove and cool.
- For the frosting, beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and add the Splenda, vanilla and lemon peel. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before cutting.
