Ingredients
  1. 2 Cups Almond Meal (Or Almond Flour)
  2. 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
  3. 1 Teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
  4. 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  5. 1 Cup Dates, Pitted
  6. 3 Ripe Bananas
  7. 3 Eggs
  8. 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  9. 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
  10. 1 1/2 Cups Carrots, Shredded

Instructions
  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Blend bananas, dates, eggs, vinegar, and coconut oil in a foodprocessor.
  3. Mix wet ingredients with dry and fold in carrots.
  4. Spoon into greased or lined muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
