Ingredients
  1. 3 1/2 Ounces Raspberries
  2. 1/2 Juiced Lemon
  3. 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
  4. 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  5. 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
  6. 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
  7. 1/2 Teaspoon Guar Gum
  8. 20 Drops Liquid Stevia

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a container and use an immersion blender and blend well.
  2. Strain the mixture, discarding all raspberry seeds. Pour the mixture into molds and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  3. Run the mold under hot water to dislodge the popsicles.
