Homemade fresh lemonade and raspberries mixed together to create refreshing popsicles without ruining your low carb and keto diet.

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 Ounces Raspberries
- 1/2 Juiced Lemon
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Teaspoon Guar Gum
- 20 Drops Liquid Stevia

Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a container and use an immersion blender and blend well.
- Strain the mixture, discarding all raspberry seeds. Pour the mixture into molds and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Run the mold under hot water to dislodge the popsicles.
