Quick and simple to prepare, this low carb strawberry shake makes a fun end to a meal or even a movie night snack with your sweetie. Prepare with coconut milk, heavy cream and sugar free Strawberry Torani, it has just 2g of net carbs and 0g of protein. Serve chilled and the heavy cream will give you that thick creamy taste we all crave in milk shakes!

Ingredients
  1. 3/4 cup Coconut Milk (from the carton)
  2. 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  3. 7 Ice Cubes
  4. 2 tbsp. Sugar-free Strawberry Torani
  5. 1-2 tbsp. MCT Oil
  6. 1/4 tsp. Xanthan Gum
Add ingredients to shopping list

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender.
