Super simple and quick to make. Just layer the ingredients in your crockpot and walk away for 4-6 hours. Amazingly good. Like eating the pizza toppings that slipped off on to your plate. Who eats the crust of a pizza anyway?

Ingredients
  1. .75 lb ground beef, cooked
  2. .75 lb Italian sausage, cooked
  3. 1-15 ounce jar pizza sauce
  4. 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  5. 3 cups fresh spinach
  6. 16 slices pepperoni
Optional Toppings
  1. 1 cup olives, sliced
  2. 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  3. 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  4. 1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
  5. 1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
  6. 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  7. 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
  1. In a 6 quart crock pot, combine sausage and hamburger with sauce and onions. Place half of sauce mixture in crock pot.
  2. Place half of fresh spinach on top of sauce mixture.
  3. Place pepperoni and half your toppings choices on top.
  4. Place half of mozzarella cheese on top of pepperoni.
  5. Repeat the layers and finish with a layer of mozzarella.
  6. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
  7. Let cool slightly and cut into 8 slices.
