Keto Chocolate Hearts with Macadamia Nuts & Sea Salt
Found this wonderful recipe on http://Ketogasm.com. Just because you're following the Keto Diet plan doesn't mean you can't indulge your sweet tooth on Valentines Day! These chocolate fat bombs are to die for and take just minutes to prepare. They won't hang around long.

Ingredients
  1. Coconut Oil, 10 tablespoons (140g)
  2. Unsweetened Hershey's Cocoa Powder, 5 tablespoons (25g)
  3. Granulated Stevia, 2 packets (2g)
  4. Macadamia Nuts, 3 tablespoons coarsely chopped (42g)
  5. Coarse Sea Salt, to taste

Instructions
  1. Melt coconut oil on stovetop.
  2. Add cocoa powder and granulated Stevia. Mix and remove from heat.
  3. Spoon mixture into silicone candy molds until wells are 3/4 full.
  4. Refrigerate in silicone molds until mixture thickens to a gel-like consistency.
  5. Sprinkle macadamia nuts into each well. Press down to distribute the nuts throughout the mixture.
  6. Return silicone mold to refrigerator until completely hardened.
  7. Once completely set, remove chocolates from silicone mold and place right side up on a dish or cupcake liner.
  8. Let sit at room temperature until surface begins to glisten.
  9. Sprinkle a pinch of course sea salt onto each chocolate fat bomb.
  10. Serve or return to refrigerator for storage.
