Ingredients
  1. 3 - 4 Large Tomatoes
  2. 1 1/2 Pounds Deli-Roasted Chicken
  3. 1 Avocado, Halved, Seeded, Peeled, And Sliced
  4. 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  5. 1 Lime, Quartered
  6. 1/2 Cup Small Fresh Basil Leaves
  7. Salt
  8. Cracked Black Pepper

Instructions
  1. Cut tomatoes into wedges and divide among four serving plates. Use two forks to pull chicken meat from bones and shred into large pieces. Discard bones and skin.
