A classic appetizer, side dish, or finger food these broccoli and cheese fritters are fast and simple to prepare. With only 6g of net carbs you can afford to indulge yourself.

Ingredients
  1. 3/4 Cup Almond Flour
  2. 1/4 Cup + 3 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal
  3. 4 oz. Fresh Broccoli
  4. 4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
  5. 2 Large Eggs
  6. 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  7. Salt & Pepper to Taste
  8. 1/4 cup Mayonaise
  9. 1/4 cup Fresh Chopped Dill ( or 1 Tbsp Dried Dill)
  10. 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
  1. Add broccoli to a food processor and process until broccoli is completely broken down. Mix together the dry ingredients with the broccoli.
  2. Add the eggs and mix together well until everything is well blended. Roll the batter into balls and then coat with flaxseed meal.
  3. Heat your deep fat fryer to 375F, then lay fritters inside the basket, not over-filling it. Fry the fritters until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. Once done, lay on paper towels to drain excess grease and season to your tastes.
