Start your Valentine's Day with these awesome Cherry Chocolate Chunk Donuts. Made with Almond Flour, Flaxseed, Dark ChocoPerfection and SweetPerfection, you'll never need to sneak another donut from the local bakery. Gluten Free & Keto Diet Friendly!

  1. 3/4 cup Almond Flour
  2. 1/4 cup Golden Flaxseed Meal
  3. 3 tbsp. SweetPerfection
  4. 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  5. 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  6. 2 large Eggs
  7. 2 1/2 tbsp. Coconut Oil
  8. 3 tbsp. Coconut Milk (from the carton)
  9. 5 10g bars Dark ChocoPerfection
  10. Optional: 2 tsp. Berry Extract of Choice
  11. Optional: 15 drops Food Coloring of Choice
  12. Pinch Salt

  1. Measure out all of the dry ingredients, then mix the wet ingredients into the batter.
  2. Chop 5 10g bars Dark ChocoPerfection into chunks and fold into the batter.
  3. Depending on if you want flavored or colored batter, add your optional berry extract and food coloring.
  4. Plug your donut maker in and grease if needed. I use the BabyCakes Donut Maker.
  5. Put the batter into a Ziploc bag and cut the end off so that you can pipe the dough.
  6. Once hot, pipe the batter into the donut maker, filling each well. Close the donut maker and wait about 4-5 minutes before flipping.
  7. Flip each donut and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Repeat the process with the other 6 donuts and set aside to cool.
