Slow Cooker Jambalaya

I love Jambalaya and this slow cooker recipe makes a quick job of it. Chocked full of sausage, chicken, ham, and all the spices you like, it's just 2 grams of Net carbds and 14 grams of fat.

Ingredients
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 pound andouille sausage sliced
- 1 pound black forest ham cubed
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons parsley dried
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- 1 (28-ounce) can diced tomato with juice
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions
- Mix chicken, sausage, ham, tomatoes with juice, onion, bell pepper, chicken broth, celery, oregano, parsley, Cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper, chili powder, and thyme in a slow cooker.
- Cook on Low 7 to 8 hours.
Notes
- If you like shrimp or crawfish in you Jambalaya add 1/2-1 lb.
