I love a good pork roast, even better when I can toss it in my slow cooker in the morning and come home to a great smelling house with a meal ready to eat. This mushroom pork roast won't disappoint you and with just 2 grams of Net carbs and 11 grams of fat, it will quickly become a favorite dish for my Keto minded friends.

Ingredients
  1. 4 lbs pork roast
  2. 1-1/3 (10 1/2 ounce) golden mushroom soup
  3. 2/3 (101/2 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
  4. 2/3 (14-ounce) beef consomme
  5. 2/3 pound fresh mushrooms (sliced or halved)
  6. chili powder
  7. garlic powder
  8. seasoning salt
  9. onion powder
  10. black pepper

Instructions
  1. Season park roast liberally on all sides with seasoning salt, chili powder, garlic powder, and
  2. onion powder. Allow the roast to sit for 15-30 minutes so that seasonings and meat get tolmow
  3. each other better.
  4. Stir together 1 can of Golden Mushroom soup and cream of mushroom soup and pour into
  5. crock pot and place the seasoned pork roast into crock pot atop soup mixture. Pour second
  6. can of golden mushroom soup over pork roast and cover the pork roast with the sliced/halved
  7. mushrooms.
  8. Pour can of beef consomme over mushrooms, season mushrooms to taste with salt and black
  9. pepper.
  10. Cook on low setting for about 8 hours. Use the juices in the crock pot as gravy.
