Ingredients
  1. 2 Cups Fine Almond Flour
  2. 3/4 Cup Erythritol
  3. 1/2 Cup Salted Butter
  4. 5 Tablespoons Water
  5. 4 Large Eggs
  6. 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  7. 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  8. 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  9. 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  10. 1/2 Teaspoon Allspice
  11. 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
  12. 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Clove
  13. 8 Ounces Cream Cheese
  14. 2 Tablespoons Butter
  15. 3 Tablespoons Erythritol
  16. 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  17. 1/2 Of Lemon'S Zest

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add butter and sweetener. Cream it together until smooth. Add 2 eggs and continue mixing it until combined, then add and mix in the last 2 eggs.
  3. Grind up spices, then add all the dry ingredients to the batter. Mix until smooth. Add your water to the batter and mix well, until it is creamy.
  4. Spray your cupcake tray, fill it about 3/4 of the way up, and put them in the oven for 15 minutes.
  5. While they're cooking, cream together the cream cheese, butter, sweetener, vanilla, and lemon zest for the frosting. Remove your cupcakes from the oven, let them cool for 15 minutes, and then frost them.
