Ingredients
  1. 4 pounds beef chuck roast
  2. 1/2 cup butter
  3. 4 -5 pepperoncini peppers
  4. 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
  5. 1 envelope an jus gravy mix
  6. fresh ground pepper, to taste
